I have heard horror stories about hot tub companies and we walked out of a few sketchy places. The experience we had getting our hot tub from here was amazing. Todd the owner has been really helpful. They have their own team deliver the hot tub vs some random guy with a truck and hook it up. Andrew who delivered it from their team was very friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure you have the chemicals and testing things you need for the water. They even have advice on how to position it upon delivery for best functionality with the cover and stairs. And the tub has been amazing quality! It’s a big purchase and you don’t want regrets and headaches! The jets are strong, it heats up fast and we love the lights. The only small thing has been the after market auto start app that keeps disconnecting but that is the fault of the app company not them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good price for a quality hot tub! 10/10

We went into the store on a Sunday an hour or two before close. Thankfully, with some pre-advise provided, we took a sample of pool water into the store. The young gentleman who was working that day was nothing short of outstanding! He was cordial, polite, he listened, and he have great advice. He wasn't pushy in any way and he never lost focus at the task at hand. I honestly wish we would have gotten his name as he is definitely a value to this business.

Everyone at Sparkle is like family. They give the best service and pricing anywhere! We have replaced our liner, electric cover, a pump and more recently, a gas heater. From the ownership down to the service technicians, nobody better. I highly recommend!!!
