      Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my pool equipment needs repair or replacement?

Do you offer same-day pool repair service?

In many cases, yes. We stock common parts on our trucks to reduce delays and complete repairs faster when possible.

Can you help with liner-related issues?

Yes. We prepare pools for liner work by addressing imperfections and pressure-testing lines so your liner installation has the best possible foundation.

Do you drain pools during closing?

No—pool draining is typically not included. If water level changes are required for your cover type, we’ll provide pre-visit instructions.

What’s included in a pool opening?

Openings typically include reinstalling key equipment, starting the system, and an initial chemical treatment. Cover removal, cartridge cleaning/sand changes, spa openings, and salt are usually not included unless added.

What’s included in a standard pool closing (winterizing)?

Closings typically include blowing out and plugging lines, adding anti-freeze where needed, winterizing equipment, and removing applicable accessories. Add-ons like spa closing or cover installation may be available.

How far in advance should I schedule a pool closing?

We recommend calling 3–4 weeks ahead in the fall, since closing schedules fill quickly.
